不好的入住经历。12:30到前台刷卡办的入住手续，前台说房间刚退出马上抢房打扫，让我坐等。14:35还没拿到房卡，15:00时给一间房。进房后惊呆，订的海景房可是前面都是树，需要好眼力并且有风时，透过摇曳的树叶可以看到一点疑似海面。给总机打电话投诉，说给客房反应，一个小时没有结果！最后结果是在16:10终于给了第二间房的房卡（给一间升级成海景房）!我们也不等了，也不再要求两间都升级了）入住历时四个小时的喜来登也真是没的比了！
