The staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms

酒店位置绝佳，去哪都方便，离地铁站很近，昨晚九点多到，跟着导航几分钟就找到了，打车去灵隐寺拼车11块钱去，回来拼车才8元，离西湖又进，走过去银泰百货那边也近，直走几分钟就到，非常热闹。
前台服务态度热情，早餐也丰富，房间设计这种景观挺好的，房间还有空气净化器，整体都满意！

酒店地理位置非常不错，离西湖近，离银泰走路也非常近。房间还算安静。配套设施有洗衣机、健身房、烘乾机，洗衣液矿泉水衣架这些东西都可以自取，还是很方便的。房间布局精致合理，装修用心，营造出一种温馨的氛围，衞生间乾湿分离，酒店工作人员都很nice,服务周到细致，办理入住退房手续高效快捷，一楼大堂可以寄存行李，整体都很满意。

I strongly recommend this hotel, it's one of the best hotels I have ever stayed. I booked a room with two single beds, the room is clean, tidy and pretty with plenty of space. I like that they have the washing sink separately with toilet where I can brush my teeth and dry my hair while my friend is showering. I'll definitely book this hotel again if I plan to travel to Hangzhou again.
