Just a note that the place is called “Home Inn Plus” instead of “Home Inn Collection”. It is a building with multiple hotels. The drop off/pick up point is by the road side, there wasn’t a drive through which felt abit uninviting on first impression - it was also a little inconvenient as i was carrying a big luggage.
Location is generally close to iconic tourist attractions - west lake, hubin road, wulin night market.
Designs of the hotel: long corridors (my room was quite a distance from the lobby)
The rooms are not sound proof. I was awaken by my neighbours chatting at 6:45am, ruined my mood really. They kept going for more than an hour -.-.
As the rooms does not have a “window”, the window leads to a common garden display that is shared with neighbouring units - nt sure if this design amplified their chatters or it’s the walls.
Breakfast - was soso. The steamed items were served cold, staff mentioned it was cooked but i think it should be kept warm, same for the items they pre cooked - the pancake and fried eggs.
The laundry area is highly utilised while i was there.
We preferred our Home Inn experience in Suzhou

来杭州玩住了3晚，地理位置非常不 错,离西湖近,离银泰走路也很近。酒店有洗衣机、健身房、烘乾机。酒店工作人员都很nice,一楼大堂可以 寄存行李。 早餐有待改善 选择不多 。酒店在4楼，3楼有足浴spa 5楼有海底捞。

太棒了！设施崭新齐全，衞生非常乾净，服务耐心周到，早餐也很丰富可口，住在这里感觉非常舒适，出行也很方便，地理位置绝佳，再加上性价比，你不住这里还住哪儿，这麽令人满意的酒店，选它没错！

本次亲自出游 杭州去了很多次 很多地方住过 涌金广场这个位置最好 离西湖天地步行10分钟 出行非常便利
设施：酒店较大b
衞生：智能马桶 床铺乾净
环境：房间没有窗 冷气不够
服务：热情 需要饮用水基本都能满足
缺点 大堂没有衞生间 房间内标识不显眼

在这里住了五晚，前台还升级了我的房间，感谢！本来有点担心在商厦里面没窗户会有压迫感，但房内的设计很舒适，一点压迫感也没有，而且还有空气净化机，我是很怕闷焗的，但在这里一点闷焗的感觉也没有，我可以待在房间里一整天。
酒店位置亦十分优越，西湖、In77、杭州博物馆、青河坊都在10分钟左右路程，走路就到。附近都有地铁站和公交站，出行便利。楼下就有灵隐专线公交到飞来峰灵隐寺。我离开的时候走大约15分钟到吴山广场地铁站，搭地铁直达萧山机场，不挤还有空坐位，非常方便舒适。
酒店楼上就有海底捞、spa店，楼下有麦当劳及其他餐馆，还有24小时超商，我凌晨两点透过**购买日用品，然後到楼下车库的24小时超商取货，超级方便。
我每天都有在酒店吃早餐，是中式为主所以我有点不习惯，但幸好有即磨咖啡，菜式也挺丰富的，还有现煮的汤面，每天都能吃饱饱的才出去玩。
总结是，下次去杭州也会想再住这里。

Hotel location is quite good, walking or riding to the Xi Hu lake both very convenient. The famous silk brand shop is nearby, also shopping street is near, just take the bicycle and go. The staff is very helpful and the room is same as pictures, no windows for city view but have inside windows so still look very comfortable.
