这次入住如家精选酒店（杭州西湖湖滨吴山广场河坊街店）整体体验非常不错。酒店位置很方便，步行即可到河坊街、吴山广场，去西湖也不远，周边吃喝选择很多，出行很省心。房间乾净整洁，床品舒适，没有异味，隔音也还可以，晚上休息得很好。衞生细节做得到位，打扫及时，让人住得安心。前台服务值得特别表扬，态度亲切有礼，办理入住和退房都很高效，还耐心介绍周边游玩和交通路线，给人感觉很专业。整体性价比很高，下次来杭州还会考虑再住。

Hefang st and metro is just at the back of the hotel. Clean and quiet room. 2 washing machine & 1 dryer. Rooms are on the 4th & 5th floor. To go to the hotel from didi, you have to type the wording below. Didi cant stop right in front of the hotel.

Great location, just 2 mins to Hefang Street. The hotel is a little on the run down side but nevertheless fulfills basic requirements. Despite being a non-smoking floor, it smelled of cigarette smoke. Toilet and beds clean enough, and very warm. Hairdryer is provided as are basic toiletries.
My biggest disappointment was that I booked twin rooms for all of us, and they decided to give us a small room with a single bed.

房间乾净整洁，服务很礼貌，4楼有早餐提供，地理位置交通便利，楼下就是河坊街，如果隔音能够再好些就更好了。

位置离地铁站很近，出站穿过公园就到饭店，对于拖行李箱的人很友善。前台备有热茶。房间稍旧，地板桌面乾净度不够，厕所淋浴门阖不上会漏水到外面。

真的觉得这家酒店非常糟糕，没有对外的窗户，这是我预订的时候没有看清。隔音巨巨巨差，早上6点外面乒乒乓乓，来往的客人。窗户那也能传来隔壁房间的声音。无论是窗户还是门，只要有人抽烟就巨大的烟味。除了这些，其他的服务都还是不错的，可以接受

这次入住体验直接拉满！距离西湖很近，周边还有河坊街，超多小吃，楼下还是花鸟市场，超级多花，酒店地理位置超赞，步行几分钟就到地铁口，出行逛街都超方便。房间打扫得一尘不染，床品柔软亲肤，晚上睡得格外香。前台服务热情又专业，不仅耐心解答周边游玩攻略，连打扫衞生的阿姨都贴心叠好了随手放的衣服。早餐种类丰富又美味，能嚐到城市特色风味，性价比绝了！已经推荐给朋友，下次来还选这里～
