房间除了隔音差点，其他的舒适度都很不错。
设施：比较好；
卫生：比较好；
环境：房间温度舒适，就是内窗隔音不太好，睡得不错。
服务：大掉分，早餐9点58分到，早餐领班态度恶劣，一进门就说要收了，当着顾客面马上收东西，也不过问，我们说了才说赶紧拿，汤面说已经关火了没得吃了，最后剩下炒饭，小朋友吵着要吃，还在喝中药没办法结果吃了反覆咳嗽。严重影响旅游心情，后续投诉到携程，客服人员耐心帮协调点赞。前台经理也上门道歉并送了小礼品和退了早餐钱。建议如家加强人员服务意识培训。

选的是有窗房，办完入住一面墙，墙的上方一排小玻璃假窗，无法打开的，就是所为的有窗房（下附图片），请平台好好把好关吧！晚上9点半下飞机到的酒店．到之前电话联络酒店要晚到，留好房，有1位自称姓杨的服务员，服务态度非常差，电话沟通口气非常差，让我不满意可以退定，酒店你家开的，你有什么权力和资格跟客人说出这样的话．

The maintenance crew work all nights very noisy and the hotel staff change another room without me asking for it. The new metro is built only 200 m away from the hotel which makes it so convenient for transportation.

假期到杭州来玩，提前在携程上订了
这家离河坊街很近的如家，我们出游都会选择快捷连锁酒店，如家一般是我们的首选，酒店设施齐全，附近有地铁5号线，7号线，1号线，出行很方便，离市中心也不远，近河坊街，小吃很多，购物也很方便，晚上古街夜景漂亮，逛逛很不错，唯一感觉酒店的房有点点小，推荐下次来杭州玩的朋友可以订这家酒店
