Our stay at Kempinski Hotel Hangzhou was absolutely perfect from start to finish. The hotel is beautiful, exceptionally clean, and the service is truly outstanding — every detail is thoughtfully designed to make guests feel welcomed and well cared for.
I would especially like to highlight Jessie, who made a remarkable difference during our stay. My husband reached out to her to help organize a birthday surprise for me, and she went above and beyond in every way. With such care, professionalism, and warmth, she helped create a magical moment that I will never forget. Her kindness and dedication are shining examples of exceptional hospitality.

首先这么大的酒店没有外卖机器人 外卖不能送上楼得自己下去拿 然后最主要的是酒店的空调一打开有异响打电话给前台 前台説找维修师傅来修 维修师傅既然説把空调关了就可以了 这空调声音怎么睡觉 难道大冷天不吹空调吗 这么处理方式很让人无语 处理事情的方式跟服务真的很差劲

衞生：非常不错乾净衞生 阿姨打扫的很不错
服务：服务真的是超预期啦！而且过生日 酒店还特意准备了蛋糕跟房间布置
最最值得一提的就是凯宾斯基的现做的生日蛋糕 青提芝士蛋糕?奶油 看着平平无奇比较简约风 但是超级好吃！甚至下次会想买来吃的程度 非常绝 住过国内外很多品牌酒店了 可以説这芝士生日蛋糕top1 其他也好吃 但不至于吃完

这次入住体验很棒，房间温度合适，早餐丰富，可口点心，非常助眠，前台的Flora友好热情。入住时候动作娴熟，即刻办理，专业优秀。开票时候主动告知，需要手动输入，认真细致，主动打招呼怕我等太久。然后看到我行李较多，主动把我送至酒店门口礼貌道别！非常感谢，下次再来！

酒店还是非常不错的，先讲好的方面：金碧辉煌奢华装修；早餐比一般的五星更好；游泳池非常赞，空间也很大；周边就是购物中心，吃饭很方便；可以选一些特色服务，我选了太空枕，非常好！不好的方面：卫生间通风不好，有味道；窗户不密封，有点吵！智能马桶晚上会发出声音，敏感的人会吵醒

酒店坐落在商业广场内，出门就是大型购物广场，也有很多餐饮休闲选择，非常方便。酒店隔一条街便是京杭大运河，沿河堤步行二十分钟可到拱宸桥和运河博物馆。酒店地下停车场从购物广场停车库进入，住店免费停车，附近公交选择不多，叫出租车不大方便。
酒店服务和卫生中规中矩，早餐也满足要求，总体性价比还行。

酒店的早餐还是很不错的，我在那里度过了一个愉快的生日，非常感谢酒店送我的蛋糕和红酒，让我回忆满满，同时酒店的工作人员也非常耐心的领我去看房间，升级套房，不仅看到了大运河，而且设施非常好，还有酒店的早餐也是非常美味，我一直想入住第二次第三次，去过城中香格里拉和西湖凯悦，真的觉得还是这家酒店的性价比超高。太喜欢了
