  酒店家庭游服务好评：特别感谢前台小微与悦悦 带长者和孩子出行最担心细节疏漏，而前台小微与悦悦的服务彻底打消了我们的顾虑。办理入住时，小微主动观察到孩子哭闹，立刻拿来卡通贴纸和小童拖鞋，还帮忙升级到空间更大的亲子房型，让长者休息更方便；第二天准备带孩子去游乐园，悦悦不仅提前查好小童免票政策，还贴心打印出园区内母婴室和休息区的位置图，连婴儿推车租赁点的电话都标注在旁边，细致得让人感动。 正是这样懂家庭需求的服务，让我们的亲子旅行少了慌乱、多了安心，真心为小微和悦悦的专业与温暖点赞！

  房间干净，卫生间超大，床垫和枕头都都舒服，躺下秒睡，我都有买一套的想法。 早餐是我所有住过酒店里吃的最舒服最符合中国胃的一家，光面条就有5种可选，面条的中式配菜味道很好。还有鸡蛋软饼、梅干菜饼、煎饼果子、松饼。西点也是面包房的水平比一般酒店早餐的好吃很多，尤其是雪媚娘塞了2个都不够。平时酒店早餐能扫两轮，这次被面条西点直接干倒都没有吃炒菜。
