I think we should has been on the other side of the river, while a great business location, it was a dead end for shopping experience, but the resultant on the 1st floor made this a wonderful location. The meal was unbelievable. Breakfast was also delicious.
We booked an executive suite, it was disappointing to see a number of issues these included stained lounge, stained cushions, stained curtains, curtains detached from track. Disappointing for what was a very nice suite.

Hotel was ideally located for our purpose. ( visit Expo centre ). Easy access to other parts of town. Hotel staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good having a good western selection. Room was well equipped and had all the extra items one would expect. Would stay there again and happily recommend it to friends and family.

房间做了升级，很宽敞很大，但是桌子用起来太不舒服了，小圆桌，灯光也不太行，鼠标根本滑不动还得垫纸板，商务出差而言有些不方便。床睡的还挺舒服，枕头有软有硬好评。乾湿分离但没有浴缸。作为老牌酒店旗下，在新区这块有种又老又新的感觉。楼下便利店还挺方便，打车也还行。

预订时写了备注，想要一间安静，南向，无烟，风景好的房间。没想到酒店的vivian 小姐姐特意给我留了一个符合我诸多要求的房间。给她点赞！因为我等了一会儿，她还给我升级了三天的早餐。清扫的阿姨见我洗了袜子，特意给我留了洗衣液。还把孩子的睡衣叠好。很多小细节让我倍感亲切和温暖。入住丽筠酒店让杭州之旅很开心，推荐入住～下次还来～

房子整体不错 环境也很好 但是衞生打扫的时候特别是桌子 不管能不能看到 一定要擦洗 我们看到不乾净 擦了就是有灰

My stay at this hotel was excellent. Everything was clean, the staff were friendly and always willing to help. The food was delicious. The location is also very convenient for exploring Hangzhou. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others.

酒店位置绝佳，位于市中心核心地段，走出门就是各大热门景点、餐厅和商店，出行非常方便，不管是步行还是搭车都十分便利，可以説是“地理位置满分”。
早餐也很赞，种类丰富、品质新鲜，绝对值得加购，每天早上都吃得非常满足，为一天开启好心情。
工作人员的服务态度更是值得大大称赞！无论是前台接待还是清洁人员，都非常热情有礼，办事效率高，还随时主动提供协助，让人感到宾至如归。
房间的清洁程度同样令人印象深刻，不仅地面洁净无尘，连细节角落也打理得一丝不苟，床品柔软乾净，住起来非常安心舒适。
整体体验非常棒，无论是地理位置、服务品质还是住宿环境都无可挑剔，绝对值得推荐，下次还会再来！

#杭州高级酒店，来杭州出差，每次都住着这家，环境好nice，床和枕头都好舒服。每次来都刚好遇到Vivian接待，
