房间干净明亮，前台小苏同学给免费升级了房型，吧台饮品丰富，餐具干净。床大到两个人中间像隔了一条长安街??入住后古装美眉送来了小吊梨汤，炖得软烂香甜，古装也是很杭州了??还贴心告知衣柜中有伞，出行可以用（外面正在下大雨）～酒店的位置也很好，周围餐馆、便利店和特产店很多。早餐品种丰富，中西结合，食材新鲜，餐厅环境也很好。
不足之处一是卫生间比较小；二是床头灯太低了，插拔插销和拿东西的时候被灯撞了很多次头，建议改进；三是楼层中的服务员（不知道是店家的还是楼上月子会所的），不等客人下电梯就自顾自上电梯，把人堵在里面，很不礼貌。

这次入住有大大惊喜：1房间升级 2欢迎水果 3免费咖啡 4晚间送炖梨 尤其要感谢前台saddi礼貌客气，让我有宾至如归的感受，还有客房打扫服务的郑静和王菊兰相当认真。下次来杭州还是选择这家维景酒店。这里离开西湖步行10分钟就到了，到地铁站购物中心7-8分钟，周围吃喝玩乐太方便了。

2025年9月 solo 出行住了这家酒店的大床房，体验超舒服！前台方颖服务态度好，步行6分钟到地铁站，晚上回酒店很安全。房间干净整洁，床品软乎乎的，一个人睡超放松，空调静音不吵，Wi-Fi 也稳定。前台办理入住快，还提醒我附近24小时便利店位置。没什么明显缺点，独居安全感和性价比都在线，下次一个人出差还选这！

这次维景之行体验感拉满，必须给小苏一个五星好评！办理入住的时候，队伍排得有点长，我又着急放行李出门，心里难免有点烦躁。小苏一边手脚麻利地处理手续，一边温声安抚我，还贴心地告知我周边景点和出行建议，让我悬着的心瞬间安定下来。

这次入住维景酒店，真的要给前台的小苏一个五星好评！
我预订的时候没注意房间朝向，到店后发现不是很满意。跟小苏沟通之后，他二话不说，立刻帮我查询是否有朝南的房间可以调换。在他的努力协调下，很快就帮我解决了问题，顺利换到了心仪的朝南房间。整个过程中，小苏始终面带微笑，态度特别亲切，解释政策和操作流程时也很耐心细致，没有一丝不耐烦。
入住期间，小苏还贴心地询问我入住感受，有任何需求都可以随时找他。他的服务让我这次旅途变得格外舒心，维景有这样优秀的员工，真的是一大亮点！下次来这边，我肯定还选维景，也希望小苏能一直保持这么棒的服务！

这次杭州之行，选的杭州维景大酒店太值！一下就击中我的心巴~
酒店位置堪称绝佳，就在西湖边上，走几步就能欣赏西湖的绝美风光。旁边就是地铁站，想去其他景点也很方便。周边还有各种商场、小吃街，吃饭、购物都超便利。
前台小戴服务热情周到，办理入住特别快。房间干净整洁，床很柔软，睡一觉超解乏。早餐的选择丰富，中西餐都有，味道也不错。整体性价比很高，下次来杭州还住这儿！

第一次来杭州，预订酒店的时候选来选去最后选择了这里，入住前一天前台小苏就添加了服务号，询问了入住需求，刚办完入住就又询问有什么需要，晚上还送来了雪梨汤，服务态度超好，有任何需求都是第一时间回覆，很可爱的女生??入住是小哥哥郑文康办理的，直接给我们升到套房，人还没到房间水果就先送到了，超出预期的入住体验～酒店虽然开业时间比较长了，但是房间内维护还不错，很干净，隔音很好没有听到任何异响，如果下次再有机会来杭州还会选择这里

I had a great experience staying at the Grand Metro Hotel in Hangzhou. From check-in to check-out, everything was smooth and pleasant. The staff were courteous, attentive, and always ready to help, which made me feel genuinely welcomed.
The room was clean, spacious, and well-appointed, with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was very comfortable, and the housekeeping was consistently excellent. I also appreciated the quiet environment, which made it easy to relax after a long day.
The hotel’s location is convenient—close to major attractions, and a decent massage place just across the road.
Breakfast offered a great variety, with both local and international options. Everything was fresh and delicious.
Overall, I recommend the Grand Metro Hotel. It’s a well-run property with good service and great value for money. I look forward to staying here again on my next trip to Hangzhou.
