五一带小孩在这住了7天。
位置：南山路上。但离最近的地铁站定安路还要走半小时，离最近的商场西湖银泰也要半小时。所以除了在南山路散步，去其他地方都要打的。
WiFi :获取方式极其复杂。住了四天还断了，打电话前台，叫我打另外一个电话（前台不能转吗）。然后叫打扫卫生的阿姨上来摆弄半天，最后阿姨还要打电话给楼下问怎么办。感觉非常不好。
空调：制冷打不起来。打电话前台，又是让打扫卫生的阿姨上来看一下。阿姨来了说，今天太阳太大了，你把窗帘拉起来，一会儿就好点，其他的实在没办法了。后来又打过几次电话，也是敷衍不了了之，晚上热得睡不着，这才五月份，不知道他们大夏天要怎么办。
抽烟：大堂、房间走廊、电梯到处有人抽烟，带孩子的不建议入住。
周边：曾入住对面桔子水晶，步行两分钟有一家谢谢生活咖啡店，也做早午餐，感觉住得舒适又便利。现在谢谢生活咖啡店关门了。试了几家别的餐厅乏善可陈。南山路很美，但是五月的梧桐絮很呛，一出门就不舒服。所以这一带这个季节都不友好了。
总体:感觉住了假酒店。这个价位了，应该做得更好。
