一到酒店，服务员就说为我们升级了房，很开心，进房感觉也很好，但空调不给力，维修后还没有太大攻善，等三点后才凉。

地理位置无可挑剔，临近西湖。晚上沿着南山路散步非常有情调。一家三口定了双人间，房间不是很大，但是各种设施和服务都非常好。
