酒店的前台服务员经验和服务态度好。办理入住手续用不到五分钟就完成。酒店设施齐全。客房卫生干净。床褥清洁舒适。酒店周边有餐馆和小吃店。著名的临湖素食餐厅也在附近。酒店靠近西湖柳浪闻莺，步行需约10分钟。唯一的小遗憾就是酒店的位置并不靠近地铁站。

很不错的酒店，位置好，出门马路对面就是西湖，对外地游客来说是最方便的。早餐品种丰富多样，这是我最看重的两点。酒店设施也说得过去，洗漱用品还都不错，补充的也都很及时。唯一觉得不便的是家庭房没有独立卫生间，虽然干湿分离，但是马桶间和淋浴间玻璃门太近，洗澡换衣服很不方便，浴缸挺多余的，其他没毛病，下次来杭州还会选择五洋假日酒店！
