1，前台极度不专业，态度差，比最差的民俗还不专业。2，房间味道那叫一个恶心，烟味、酒味混杂，一进门恶心至极。3，床单上有虫子，地上有头发。4，装修设计与风水全部背离。总之，多年的出差住宿体验，这家倒数第二的话，就没有倒数第一了。

这个酒店位置真的巨好，就在西湖边上，而且价格一点都不贵，床睡着很舒服，也非常安静，房间也很乾净的。适合西湖游玩。

去杭州看黑悟空，5.1五百多定的这家老牌酒店，性价比确实没谁了。位置挺好，在清波门，步行几百米就到美院美术馆了。第二天去雷峯塔也是步行就能到。房间设施各方面还行，洗澡略微不方便，只有浴缸，没有专门的淋浴区。屋子里镜子确实较多，一晚上做梦不断。早晨5点多楼下什么宗教有活动，开始念经，给吵醒了。酒店本身还好。

地理位置优越，对面就是南长街，附近超市小吃特别多。酒店卫生不错，被褥很干净。第一天入住体验了酒店的自助餐，一般吧菜品不多。但是牛排不错是带骨的！蛋糕也超级好吃！
