洲际的服务大不如前了。老客了。还是会员。但以后要换一家了。进门没有迎宾。我特意放在口袋方便拿的五十块小费没机会给。
两个早上早餐都没有迎宾。入座没服务员像以前问咖啡还是茶。第二个早上，紧挨着的服务员，女性黄发，问她要纸巾，三次，始终不直接跟我面对讲话，而是用广东话指旁边的男服务员，说去。用英文跟她讲，她回应很忙。并不是听不懂普通话，我理解是故意的吧。
向餐厅经理投诉，得到了道歉和这个马卡龙的致意。但始终不再是我想要的洲际了。无论外面风气如何，提供服务的，应该是对于每一位客户都一样。无论种族肤色籍贯。

位置很好，看维多利亚港非常美丽，服务也很贴心，酒店内部设施不是很新但也不算差，离海港城很近步行就到，值得入住的酒店
