这个酒店房间比较小和旧。我觉得最不舒服的酒店部分服务人员对大陆游客不友好。我一个人给我分的双床房，我住三天，要求换下房子，我的订单是符合条件的。那个女孩各种不行，大床就剩两间，第二天还要换房等等，后来自己逻辑都不通了才给换。第二天我充电线落在会场了，我给客房服务电话，说线都没了。我给另外一个部门电话，告诉他我是活动总负责，他们就从客房部给我拿了条来。真是把客人当小孩了，香港这种风格，每次来我都能体会。现在说华语的地方就香港最排外了，没想到一个五星级酒店的员工也是这样的素质，应该改变了。受不了这种排华的客人还是选旁边的holiday inn吧

入住离店排队太久，一间历史悠久的酒店对排队等候客人的服务依然视而不见，真不知这酒店怎么想的?当今酒店科技管理在神州大地已经发展成熟，作为携程代理商应该也要向酒店输出些行业资讯。酒店房间面积很小，双床房的床只有1.1米，转个身会掉地上。
