差评给早餐厅 引导卡通人物拍照的某位服务员态度太恶劣 由于卡通人物部分区域没有合到影 小朋友看到卡通人物正好路过想合影 被你恶生生的强硬拒绝 用得着吗 即使我们没搞懂拍照规则 也不用这么凶吧 你委婉点拒绝不行吗 再说了 合影拍照你们提前告知规则了吗 3000多的房费就来受你这等气？小孩子受到拒绝说再也不想看到迪士尼了 你们这样的服务态度给迪士尼抹黑丢脸 现在香港迪士尼节假日排队人都不多了 至少今天没遇到排队超过15分钟的项目 以后没有大陆人去消费你**就等着失业吧 另外表扬下大堂弹钢琴的美女 对小朋友就很nice 鲜明对比

这家酒店应该谈不上性价比，但只要不是经常住，我觉得价格还是能接受的。卡通人物和客人之间的互动，巧妙的引开了孩子的注意力，掩盖了自助餐厅菜品种类和味道的不足。退房很方便，由于是在艺龙上提前预定并付过款了，所以退房不用办手续，把房卡放房间里就行了，大大节约了退房等待的时间。总体感觉不错。

酒店位置很棒，现在室内游泳池修理不能用，自助早餐种类和味道一般，优势就是有卡通人物拍照，总体感觉还行，在艺龙提前付款订好的房间退房时很方便，不用办手续，把房卡放房间里就行
