升级了带露天阳台，床太小，晚上小朋友从从床上摔下来了（4岁）。早餐大厅管理咖啡厅的经理态度很差，我问他：我们是包早餐的在这里就餐吗？他说没有包早餐的其实就是故意这样说的，因为在楼下登记就好了。他还说小孩大人一共300多，问我在外面吃可不可以，我们入住那天正好降温，我说在里面吃，外面冷。然后大厅的服务员帮我领到就餐区说报房间号就可以了。我去端咖啡的时候看到他也没和我道歉。是个子不高大概1米68，戴个眼镜。早知道把照片拍下来的。住了三个酒店这个酒店服务最差。

很适合亲子休闲游，酒店出来右手边走小路很快就到黄金海岸购物广场，还是可以的，还是很愉快的一次住宿，就是可惜孩子半夜发烧于是沙滩玩不成，倒是因为通宵照顾孩子难得看到了香港的清晨，环境真的超好的，还有感谢前台服务中心，因为孩子发烧没有带药，帮忙问了同事他们有的药是否适合孩子，然后还告知了24小时的711有卖药，实在感谢，不然孩子高烧真的好怕
