酒店硬件很好。香港嘛基本不要说这么服务了，checkout差错百出，忘记把我卡给我，后面跑了半天才把我的信用卡给我。 硬件一流，房间也大，而且安静，就是酒店服务太烂

国庆来香港玩定了这家 国庆涨价相比九龙的很多酒店算是合理的了，房间很大设施也很好。在香港中文大学旁边 地铁大学站步行50m 很方便。

订购很多次了，一开始朋友推荐的，就在大学站出去不远，环境好，房间大，干净，崭新，还给我们升级了。在沙田购物也很方便，即使退房了，行李东西可以先寄存在酒店。

十分感谢酒店升级了房间，儿子十分喜欢可以在窗台那里看到东铁和双层巴士。服务也很亲切！我们十分愉快！以后也会选择凯悦酒店！

很方便，火车站出来右手边就是酒店位置。免费升级海景房，房间条件很好很值这个价格，服务也很到位贴心。下次还会选择这家酒店入住的！
