不满意这次入住，我提前17天预订了该酒店，周二周三两晚。给我的房间是754，首先是楼层，七层（其实是三层）是客房最低层，这个房间的一面墙的另一边就是电梯井，电梯上上下下一直轰隆隆的，很吵。其次，没有安排大床（订单上注明了尽量安排大床）前台根本不解释什么，只是很生硬的告知我：“本来就不保证是大床”，只是问我愿不愿意付费升级到更好房型。 是确实因为房间紧张不能安排还是为了营销更贵的房型而故意不给安排？不得而知
本次前台的这个服务给我感觉相当不好
另外，我是香格里拉的会员，本次让我很失望

亲子出游值得推荐，除了设施陈旧一些，其他方面都不错，交通方便、卫生环境维护好，服务仔细，最主要房间宽敞、床舒适，双床拼在一起三个人睡还无压力。

酒店除了设施陈旧，其他方面包括位置、服务、卫生环境都还不错，尤其是带小孩选住香格里拉房间比较宽敞、床舒适，双床可以拼在一起，床也变得宽敞很多，亲子出游值得推荐。

非常非常好，虽然价格高，但的确物有所值。 位置很优越，出来地铁口尖东站就到酒店门口，楼下就是永安百货，刚好去的那个周末永安百货打折促销，周边购物，餐饮逛街都很方便，从酒店里面过天桥就是海滨走廊，紧邻星光大道（施工中，未开放），走5分钟就是弥敦道。 酒店服务也很好，免费升级了20楼的豪华海景房，视野的确非常棒，有君临天下的感觉。 此次香港之行，是最舒适，印象最好的一次。
