第二次入住这个酒店的行政层（花了4500大洋把半海景房升级到行政层），真不如一年前，早餐质量下降，住了二天，第三天在早餐的时候还要出示房卡（住过所有酒店行政层唯一遇到的）。特别气愤的是我的信用卡被盗刷，问酒店，居然说你自己去警署报警，我请他们派个人陪一下，人家根本不理，对比新加坡酒店的服务，呵呵，香港真的沦落了。这个酒店唯一亮点就是保洁人员非常负责，也很认真，打扫的很干净，谢谢。

酒店位于尖沙咀，出门非常方便，因为亲子出行，酒店一入住就给送来了婴儿床，和婴儿专用的洗漱用品以及小朋友拖鞋，还有水果。服务特别好，值得推荐，下次去香港还住香格里拉，谢谢艺龙的预定，大床房很舒服。空调完全静音，很舒服。
