地方和设施都不错，就是服务差，从大门到服务台要下几级台阶，可让人感觉诧异的是：没有酒店的服务人员帮助拿行李（退房时也同样没人理会你），这在香港的同样水平的酒店是挺特别。也许是它家的国内的客人太多，你爱来不来。让人失望！
