酒店极其狭小、房间极其狭小，这就算了，居然允许几十个人通宵在房间开派对，而且是在知情的情况下放人进来的，出出进进的人，一整层楼的酒气，大声喧闹跳舞，吵得一整晚无法睡觉，关键是带着宝宝被吵的哭闹一整晚，多次与前台投诉，也只是稍稍安慰，过不一会还是坚持吵闹！要不是在香港赶时间出差，我真的要打电话报警了！！！2、3千元一晚啊，我们定了两间房，连住了三天！没有5星级的标准也就算了，服务连几百元的快捷酒店都不如，打死都不会再住这个酒店！！！

第一晚他們把我們房間搞錯，住了一個比較低級別的房間，提出後他們只是感覺抱歉但不知道如何應對。完全沒有服務可言，看出來沒有什麼管理。個人不會再住，服務是我選酒店最重要的一面，港島太多酒店可以選擇了。不需要勉強自己應對服務差的。

五星好评！春节携家人来玩，酒店看到有小盆友贴心地送了儿童洗浴套装。房间比较大，有大大的圆浴缸。五楼有康乐中心，除成人游泳池外，有独立的儿童游泳池，水温比较暖。在此特别感谢康乐中心服务员侯海祥，热心服务，宾至如归。最迟可以下午2点前退房。下次来杭州还会选这家哦。

设计师酒店，新颖独特。房间硬件只能用一个差字来形容。酒店马桶三无产品，没看到品牌，好歹也要是个toto吧，连最基本的马桶都不如，见过机场公共厕所吗？就是那种。另外床垫令人发指！！！无语。睡两天腰酸背痛。还有，酒店不接受银联信用卡。歧视内地消费者吗？眼睁睁看着门口的服务员帮老外提箱子拦出租车…我们出门的时候什么服务都没有。呵呵，若不是我老公没品选了你们这家酒店，我绝不会住。
