我订的是大床/双床，下订单之后备注尽量安排双床，然后还致电艺龙客户说明情况，因为一家入住，大床不方便，然而来到酒店之后，酒店方面说艺龙居然没有将我的诉求转达，还好前台能够免费帮我升级，棒，👍一个；这个酒店方便程度没得说，吃、买、行都方便，我已经多次入住了。艺龙，如果真的没有将我的诉求转达，那么真的垃圾，是时候再见了。

很不愉快的一次住宿，香港check-in服务不觉得多高大上，都是作出来了。有朋友帮我们订了21号的房间，所以在订房之前就打电话再三交代我们带着小孩不想换房间，21号的订单我们再加钱到豪华房或是超级豪华房都无所谓，结果去了之后跟我们说什么20号当天满了帮我们升级到行政房，我当场说了我不要升级，只要确保我3晚都不用换房间和1.8的床就好，这边跟我说好了入住之后，21号又打电话说不行，接下来两天要加500多，带个3岁小孩➕500多睡个吸烟房我当然不乐意啦，所以最后弄得我小孩睡着了还要换房间！这就是富豪的服务了，你们觉得值这个价吗？
