酒店位置离码头很近，从空中走廊步行过去几分钟就到了。坐船可以到海港城，很方便快捷。离铜锣湾时代和崇光大概十分钟出租车，30港币不到。地铁站会远一点，走多了有点累。去码头方向的空中走廊上有个7-11，算是最近的便利店了，不过比较小。交通上不算最方便，但还能接受。

地铁下后走A5出口，上天桥直通酒店，百度地图上指引有误。酒店设施什么的还是比较满意，但遇到突发事件--（酒店旁边的工地发现以前遗留的炸弹，酒店接到警方的通知后停止办理入住），酒店的应急预案不够完善，导致顾客滞留在大厅，其实大厅面向工危险系数还高一些，后期办理入住场面混乱，应急预案有待改进。

酒店服务和设施真是没得说！工作人员热情谦和，而且条件绝对比肩港丽等老牌豪华酒店。超越要是万豪集团不出现伤华事件就好了，真是该好好反省一下。

各方面都挺好。就是隔音没有那么完美 在走廊可以听到隔壁房间的说话声音，另外15楼的海景房一进去有股油烟味。
更狗血是，我27日晚上最后一天入住，还碰上了挖地铁发现二战炸弹。第二天也限制宾客出入，可是也没有解决我们吃饭问题，在房间干等着饿死了
