带小朋友出行的不推荐，床小的可怜，虽说给了我们一间2017年才装修的房间，但房间是局部翻新，卫生间还是之前的物品及风格，格局也相当不舒服。

帮朋友订的，真的是一波三折，下完订单三四个小时，联系酒店居然查不到订单信息。联系携程，说需要第二天下午17:00前确认，真的火大，效率吓人。后来发现名字拼写写错，联系客服需要更改，客服告知说名字更改费需要700一个。一再沟通下，才勉强同意修改，收了我300费用，说等退房以后再退还我。我也不晓得啥时候能退还！入住前一大波的插曲，真的很失望。下次应该不会再选择该酒店了。

总体感觉还不错，位置很好，早餐也不错，入住时出了一些小问题，解决之后还送了一瓶红酒到房间，还是比较重视客户体验的。
