园林亲子房的福利更好一些，饮料免费，儿童乐园免费，但是没有浴缸和阳台。后来换到海景房，服务和设施稍逊一些，水是限量补给的，打扫卫生是只帮你换毛巾倒垃圾，早餐酸奶是不能带出餐厅的～其实服务人员态度还是不错的。

朋友介绍去的嘉华酒店，去到了沙滩下海不到五分钟我老公脚就不知道被什么东西割伤，酒店的人带去洗了下伤口，根本没清洗干净，导致第二天回来医生说很严重，里面很多沙，没有清理干净

开车自由行，下高速差不多开了40分钟左右才到酒店，服务台办理入住酒店很🈵️，环境还是不错👍👌温泉♨️地方也大，儿童乐园环境也不错，有很多个游泳🏊♀️池

酒店设施不错房间宽敞，服务态度也很好，非要挑剔几点就是早餐比较一般，面包还可以，熟食都太应付了。山谷温泉内中间的一个小泳池消毒剂的味道？还是什么味道，总之有点大。
