国庆前来的，人很少。酒店的环境，设施，早餐，卫生细节都很好，赠送的温泉作为附加活动晚上泡泡还不错。唯一吐槽的是这么高级的酒店当初怎么会设计出无窗的房间。第一次进去的时候漆黑一片，插卡了也没有电，确实有点恐怖。入住前前台也没告知是怎么操作，后来经过的住宿客人说要去床头按一下总开关，只能打开手机电筒进去摸索，一开始的体验确实很不好。住在里面是分不出白天黑夜的，笑哭

免费升级了豪华园林房，服务态度好，处理问题方法稍有欠缺，房间里的插座都没电，电话反映之后响应倒是挺快，但是来了问几句又走了，换人来了三四次才解决问题：只是跳闸了。其它都很好，住第二天还送了水果和两支牛奶给小朋友。适合亲子，下次还去。
