12点到酒店一直等到下午3:00房间还没有搞好卫生，多次催促后只好换其它房间给我，前台办登记速度超慢，明显人手不足，等半个钟还不行，真接受不了。自助早餐还可以，自助晚餐要240多1位食的东西太少了。晚上没有其它人说的送牛奶什么的，什么都沒有。酒店内的娱乐设备如桌球、乒乓球这些要收费。总体感觉除了酒店装修像5星，服务只值1星。失望，下次不会再来了。

酒店设施挺好，沙滩干净，泳池多，温泉也可以，适合带小朋友去，可能是因为下雨，人不多，温泉没服务员收喝完水的纸杯，递茶水，要自己去拿的，毛巾不热，如果能像碧水湾温泉服务那样就更好，早餐丰盛，补给快，总体来说，挺不错

已经第二次来了，房间宽敞明亮舒服！配置方面很好，非常人性化！室外内泳池非常不错，就温泉稍差一些！还有沙滩尽亨！
