等待时间太久！我们4点半到，排队半小时还没有拿到房！！还没打扫房间！！速度慢得要命！前台服务人员又少！！而且而且服务态度极差！我们问你现在5点半没能拿房！是不是我们也可以5点半才退房！她就说你自己去投诉吧！！不过设施真的比较完善！有私人沙滩沙比较细腻！有很多泳池！有无边泳池！儿童池！有温泉！！就是那个儿童波波池要给钱的！海景房很漂亮！
