第一次入住，订的标准间，免费给升级了套房，前厅部于子翔服务态度太好了，点赞，酒店地理位置好，边上就是万达广场，水果店，糕点店，一应俱全，酒店干净整洁，服务热情！

一开始预定的另一家酒店但是我们一早到了济南人家说没有停车位不能入住临时退了选的凯悦，前台的人很好帮我联系车位安排好房间让我能尽快入住，不足之处可能是我对酒店的床品或者洗漱用品过敏，身上起了很多小疙瘩一直痒了好几天
