入住时前台Lily直接帮我升级到行政楼层了，和蔼可亲。酒店二楼中餐厅厨房是开放式的，隔着玻璃能看到厨师👨🏻🍳烹饪，味道不错。酒店边上就是万达和振华两个商场，方便。

先说同程：两个字“垃圾”，没明确告知我六点不到酒店订单自动取消，因为高速堵车六点半到的酒店跟我说跟同程确认了我不住了，我想问一下哪位领导跟我确认的？我什么时候说不住了？打同程客服电话就一句话这不需要告知，他们也无能为力，就是让我自己想办法了，快七点了我人生地不熟没吃饭的带着孩子再去找酒店，这同程服务到家。br再说富力：我明确表示同程没跟我沟通，我也很困难再找酒店，可人家店大不怕啊，直接说你找同程，我们没办法，很有五星酒店的服务标准。br真是两家“好人”凑一块了！
