据说是五星酒店，第一次住五星酒店遇到给喝冰露的！！！前台服务员机械的服务态度无亲切感，位置优越隔壁是万达，开车去景点都很方便，汉斯格雅的卫浴产品很不错，就是浴缸38度恒温出水对老年人来说泡到最后温度不是很够。

富力接手之后第一次住，设施当面，易操作性稍差，应该增添更多标识。重点说卫生，大年初六可能我中奖了，床头和电话柜之间的缝隙里有残留的袋子，所以给的及不合格。找客房部，值班经理和保洁阿姨处理事情的态度和及时称得上五星级服务。其他中规中矩吧。

就交通来说的确非常便利。就客房体验来说，入住退房都很快，停车也很方便，缺点是客房没有纸抽，厕所没有排气。自助餐种类不多。总体而言性价比还是有的。
