第一次住凯悦，印象不怎么样好，春节一路自驾，因为带孩子，基本都住五星的酒店，凯悦是住下来硬件服务不咋滴的一家，硬件配套没有太原万达齐全，前台服务态度也不热情，很机械化，没有服务意识，这点又比不上五台山万豪酒店。
客房服务员给个好评，服务及时并且主动打招呼
地理位置算可以的，步行到趵突泉 芙蓉街 大明湖大约20分钟。隔壁就是万达广场，用餐也不用担心
