酒店的价格倒是实打实的五星标准，但服务与卫生状况与五星酒店不符。因在附近开会，周边也没有其它酒店，因此住了四天。房间还有些甲醛味，浴缸比较小，水流也小。最不满的是最后一天晚上，房间竟然停电，凌晨2点室温27度给热醒了，黑灯瞎火的打电话给客房服务，先后来了两个服务员打着手电修了半个多小时，最后说是线路短路了修不好。被迫在凌晨三点狼狈换到楼下房间，害的一晚上没有休息好。早上到前台退房，投诉了昨晚的事，也没有任何补偿表示。由于急着要赶火车，也没有精力再去理论。这哪里有一点点五星级酒店该有的水准。
