除了周围没有超市外其他的都五分。离高铁站不超过五分钟，身后就是客车站，机场大巴也很方便。整体感觉就是很温馨整洁，前台美女ms.PANG和客房服务的郑女士都提供了非常优质的服务，还送给孩子礼物和洗漱用品。早餐很丰盛，不过9点后去食物剩下的就不多了。总之因为这个酒店，对济南的好感度有加分。
