??优点：
1，地理位置：离济南西高铁站步行过去5分钟；
2，预订了行政套房，房间的平米数和整体设施可以达到星级标准，房间内的饮料食品都是免费供应，还提供了水果，有基本的咖啡机；
2，单独设有行政酒廊，住此房型及以上的客人可以免费使用会议室；
3，行政酒廊设有早餐、下午茶，晚间有欢乐时光，会提供一些简餐，适合工作忙碌，没有时间出去用餐的商务人士，以自助形式提供，虽然品种没有很多，但也足以果腹。
??缺点：
1，服务稍微有所欠缺，新来的门童显然不熟悉工作流程，走在客人后面，让客人自行电梯，另外，到达楼层后也不熟悉方间的方向，还要自己找。这样的问题应该是由于培训不到位便上岗造成的，需要酒店自己反省问题，而不是怪罪员工个人；
2，私人定制的入住和退房是什么？完全没感受到。欢迎饮料和热毛巾在哪儿？助眠热饮？？？没有啊；
3，盥洗室没有垃圾桶，唯一的垃圾桶在马桶边上，请问女生卸妆棉扔哪里？面膜敷完的纸扔哪里？地上貌似不太合适吧，但是打开马桶那边的门进去扔垃圾似乎有些不太方便，这点麻烦一定注意！
其他的都很OK啦，还不错，价格也比较适中，下次还会考虑入住。

距离济南西站非常近，房间里就能看到火车站。酒店宽敞，服务热情。中餐厅的饭菜也不错，琅琊台确实够劲儿。值得入住。
