算是济南五星级酒店最好的酒店了，每次来都住这里。服务热情周到！入住当天接到了酒店的电话，问了到店时间，并告诉了我最新的防疫接待政策，感觉酒店非常重视防疫问题，我们也能放心入住。定的高级大床房，房间安排在18楼，景色非常好，能看到附近的奥体中心，房间很干净，多要了好几瓶矿泉水和洗漱用品，客房服务人员送水的时候听到我对象说济南太干了，主动为我们送了加湿器！简直太贴心了！餐厅环境很好，种类也很丰盛，买的早餐券是100元一个人，煎饼果子，国宴油条味道都很棒！离店的时候因为火车4点才出发，所以酒店特别给延迟到了两点退房。这家酒店真心推荐！

虽然是疫情期间，可60元的早餐就是鸡蛋和等了好久的面条，连水都没有提供，服务真是不好。客房也是冷的，只好又?了一床被子。卫生间的水也一直是冷的。一千多元，真心不值。
