这是我第四次入住济南喜来登，但是今天出现了一件非常意想不到的事情！非常有失服务水平的事情！我一共预订了三间，我朋友先办理了一间，然后我刷了三间的消费预售，并告知前台有一个朋友没到，一会让他拿身份证办理入住。前台在我没有离开的情况下，也没有给我办理入住，没有任何解释就去另外一个前台服务别的客人，就是因为那个客人是外籍？就是因为你语言水平高？把我晾在前台七八分钟，期间没有任何人给我办理入住和解释。我想问一下，你们知道刷三间房的预售，知道接过我的身份证，就不知道办理入住吗？你们这是什么样的服务水平？什么服务逻辑？
