酒店位置离荆州高速出入口不远，外观看起来还可以，大厅前台看着挺高端，入住前还有点喜悦，可是办理了入住手续后一连串问题来了:1、房间网络有问题，电视也打不开，打电话让处理，等了近一小时没来人，又一次电话过去，过了一会儿来了两个人，是两次电话反馈派的两个人都来了。2、房间天花板流水声音非常大，直到凌晨零点半流水声也不止，打电话反馈，一直没人处理。3，厨房晚上好几只大老鼠跑来跑去（大厅有厨房监控录像），原本第二天要吃的早餐只能放弃了。第二天退房时反馈这些问题给前台，当天晚上的值班经理处理，态度非但不好，语气还蛮强硬。这也是我对这个陌生城市人文、环境的第一印象，怕是以后再也没有勇气在荆州驻足。
