一流的设施，二流的管理，三流的服务，想着和高速近，带着孩子，前台一个人，也不热情，枕头太大了，麻烦前台送个枕头，说没有，一进房间一股烟味，空调很吵，看得出老板们花了心思和钱在酒店上，却没有好好管理，五星级的装修设施，可惜了。
