返京途中经过此地，因为酒店离高速很近比较方便。入住时已近零点，特意强调我们开了一天车比较累，让前台找一间比较安静的房屋。结果不知前台为何给我安排一间紧邻餐厅的房间。从早七点就被吵醒！真不明白贵酒店的服务意识源于什么？？？？

这个酒店是我在外二十年住过的最脏的酒店，床上用品不知道多少天没换，房间拖鞋都没有，管理差到了极点。我20年以前住过20元一晚的都没这么差。简直是有损荆州的形象，怪不得网上预订不可取消的
