第一次在携程上预定酒店，订的豪华大床房到了酒店给我了一间标间……打电话问了之后他们才说搞错了并说没有大床房了，经过若干实践协调才给换了一个大床房……但服务人员没有丝毫谦意！房间设计很不合理，淋浴间和厕所之小难以想象……总之很失望！
