  2112房不能住＇空调响了一夜＇提出换房还没有＇是不是在携程订的房都给安排的不好啊！早餐挺次的！晚上要蚊香片还没有，告诉我要早上8点以后才能有，晚上被咬了7个包。

  真的不知如何形容，地毯非常脏，淋浴龙头很不好，早餐还不如快捷酒店，总体上和如家汉庭差不多，价格却高了很多，不推荐入住。另外，退房时有美女客人在前台投诉说是半夜服务员居然刷卡入房间，如此恐怖。

  酒店新装修的，房间不错，一直都有热水，服务员态度都不错，交通便利，但是位置没有在景区附近，因为开封的景点都集中在古城区里面，去景点还是不太方便，还有酒店附近没有小吃可以吃，不过酒店提供的早餐味道还是不错的，还有在洛阳餐馆里不太吃的到的米饭，虽然只是蛋炒饭不过能吃到米饭还是很开心的，要知道我们吃惯米饭的人一天不吃米饭就难受
