前台太差了，我们到了后半入住非说只确认了一间房间，我给她看艺龙确认短信她不肯看，让她给艺龙确认也不肯确认，连连不耐烦地说我们不管，开玩笑，我两个房间在一个订单里的，怎么可能只有一间，后来我打电话给艺龙，艺龙说是两间，让把电话给前台，前台态度很差还是不肯接，说只能打给他们销售经理，艺龙打了半天电话，前台有人接完后跟我说行了，还问我这个套餐什么时候订的，明显是客人多的时候想把房腾出来卖更高的价

酒店环境相当不错~就在山林中，空气清新，伴有马匹、老牛悠闲吃草~在喀纳斯那么多价格昂贵的酒店中性价比是相当高的一家了！要说缺点：①预备客房用品少——打电话问客服要枕头说一会儿送来，结果等了十分钟还没送来，遂打电话问，说枕头被别人拿走了，没有了；②没有暖气——8月的晚上有点冷啊，盖着厚棉被，还是冷啊；优点：①饭菜很好吃啊~做的羊肉可真是纯天然吃草长大童叟无欺~鲜嫩肥美~建议大家一定尝尝他们家的馕包肉（尽管有点贵，但是深山运输不便可以理解哒~）②很贴心，每个房间的衣橱里都有为客人准备的军大衣，这个必须点个赞！

环境非常好，空气清新。地段好，很容易找到。随处可见牛羊。特别喜欢。餐厅的东西也很好吃。唯一不好的是前台不在边上，要走好远。
