酒店设施比较完善～干净整洁，前台服务员001态度恶劣，套餐票里含的项目券应该给的都不给，情况搞不清楚还态度差，房间冷，暖气有点小，还不热，当时下雪了，让服务员加床被子都不肯，希望酒店方面能改进～
