外环境很美，里面远远达不到四星的标准，好在床上用品都还算干净，地点离景区门口不远，开车过去两三分钟。前台服务员很热情，但好像业务不太熟，我因为持回乡证，只有这间可以接待外宾。香港人当自己是中国人的时候，中国人不拿香港人当自己人 😖 一进入新疆外籍人士就得入住四星级以上酒店，这让我们的行程增加了很多不便，很多地方都不能接待外宾，只能找大的城市住，新疆又如此之大，要看景点，还得看路程上能不能到有四星级酒店的地方，所以也只能错过一些景点，外籍人士来。还是开房车来吧，想住哪住哪

酒店外观看上去不错，但内部设施相当简单，没有空调没有纯净水，暖气虽然很热但对9月下旬的喀纳斯来说效果甚微，房里依然很冷。但是订房时明确显示有早餐，但去到之后被告知没有，交涉了一番总算拿到早餐券。早餐也是相当简单，馒头咸菜白粥煮鸡蛋另有两三个炒菜。次日不到十点就催退房，收走了床单被罩。总之，够不上四星标准，不知道是怎么评上4星的。在景区的价位里，性价比也是严重不高了。
