酒店总体还行吧，面积够大，停车方便，不足之处就是热水器烧水较慢，自助餐食物下面没加热保温的装置，食物很快就凉了。

离喀纳斯景区很近，酒店本身是这种独栋别墅的样子建在山上很漂亮，但是走路要好半天。早晚挺冷的屋里提供棉服，隔音不好晚上关门的声音咚咚的特别响夜里都被吵醒。我们住的5号楼的服务员小妹妹人很好很漂亮又温柔晚上很晚麻烦她还是很耐心的。洗澡水都是热水器的烧2小时可以洗两个人还是没有问题的。早饭炒菜粥。晚上中午可以单独点餐价格比较贵没办法景区边上肯定价格高。狗鱼还是推荐的毕竟是那边才有的值得去吃。就是前台服务比较冷淡等了好半天要是不主动问根本不搭理人。
