酒店环境特别好，离景区也很近，卫生服务都不错，唯一遗憾就是餐厅消费有点高，不过景区位置，离市区远可以理解，早餐太差.

离喀纳斯景区大约3公里，周围环境不错。房间不大，房价偏高，床单、毛巾较干净的，洗浴用水是电热水器烧的。房间有电取暖器，酒店为每个房间配置了很厚的羽绒服，挺贴心的。这个季节游客和酒店工作人员在员工食堂吃饭，30元／人，米饭、花卷、素炒豆腐、韭菜炒鸡蛋、煮鸡蛋（1个／人），能吃饱。

离喀纳斯景区大约3公里，4星级饭店，周围环境不错。已经到了旅游淡季，房间不大，房价还是那么高，床单、毛巾还是比较干净的，洗浴用水是电热水器烧的，一人洗完需要烧半天。房间有电取暖器，由于天气寒冷，夜间不太热。酒店为每个房间配置了很厚的羽绒服，挺贴心的。这个季节游人少了，大餐厅关门了，游客和酒店工作人员在员工食堂吃饭，事先需要预约，30元／人，米饭、花卷、素炒豆腐、韭菜炒鸡蛋、煮鸡蛋（1个／人），能吃饱。
