  The apartment was a great layout and size for our family. It had all facilities and amenities needed for a family. Staff on reception were friendly and helpful when we asked for reservations and inquiries. The pool, playground and library were a win for the children. The location was fantastic for the all twin towers and shopping.

  Absolutely stunning views from the inifinity pool! Would highly recommend getting a room with KLCC views. Amazing stay and cant wait to go back!

  Hotel was nice staff were very good room was a bit tight but had washing machine and kitchen . So overall worked well for us only thing was the breakfast room was very cramp limited on variety. But still ok could do with a bigger room.

  Really disappointed by this trip. It’s wasn’t even an hotel but a service appartement. How ctrip can a rate this a five star hotel? The room are really simple and has nothing to do with five stars standards. Exept the price that is really expensive compare to what it is.

  Very good place. near alot of malls and near people. I like the ambiance and the view from our room we can see the twin tower. The pool was very nice also. although there were people smoking around the pool. This bothered me because my child could smell the smoke while we were just trying to swim. I hope they can manage this. Additionally, there is a bad smell. Also we paid for 5 people yet they keep forgetting this and only account for 4 people. This room was very expensive so i dont understand why we couldn't be accommodated. They also forget to refill the other things in the room. The cr also smells weird.
