我们在这里住了三天，非常糟糕的体验，我从未住过如此糟糕雅诗阁。从入住开始，就感到不愉快，前台那位女士面无表情地用绕口令一样的语速给我介绍房间，生怕我听清了，唯独到不含早餐这一句她放满了语速。
然后，房间里有蚂蚁，大量的蚂蚁，你们可以看图，虽然他们派人来处理了，但还是有。
第三，卧室空调出了故障，几乎不吹风，开到16度也不行，我问了打电话给客房部，説派人来查看，直到我们两天后退房也没人来看，面板上那三个波浪形的异常符号依然在，AI説是风机故障或者被酒店中央控制系统锁定了。
第四，我们第二天把打扫房间的灯开了一天也没人来打扫，第三天我们担心还是没人打扫，特地通知前台（因为沐浴露用完了，但我认为员工会主动检查，所以没有单独提沐浴露的事），晚上回来洗澡过程中才发现，他们并没有补充沐浴露，我不得不用洗发水洗澡。
最后，退房的时候前台只有一位女士坐在那里，但是她在剪纸，我走过去礼貌地打断她，告诉她我要退房，她拿着我的房卡操作了一会儿就放进抽屉里了，然后继续剪纸，全程没跟我説一句话，甚至没抬头看我一眼，直到我主动问是否OK了，她才抬起头来説了一句是的。
??你很难想象这是房费大约900MYR一晚的雅诗阁，我不会推荐任何人来这里入住，尽管这里离中央车站很近，但是附近有很多更棒的选择。

It has been a pleasant stay here in Ascott. Wonderful service from the staff. The room was huge! It was very clean. Location was good too, near KL Sentral station. However, the breakfast was quite sad. Very few options. Nonetheless, it was good overall. Thanks

Area is more like Little India community less Chinese restaurants

Most excellent stay I had. This is the first time my family stayed here- by far their best KL stay. We will be back.
